Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced, result-oriented, and highly motivated Assistant General Manager (AGM) / Team Leader – Real Estate Sales to lead our high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional leadership skills, a proven track record in real estate sales, and the ability to drive business growth while maintaining excellent client relationships.
The candidate will be responsible for managing team performance, achieving business targets, mentoring sales professionals, and ensuring consistent revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of Sales Managers and Property Advisors.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Drive business growth through effective lead management and client acquisition.
- Recruit, train, coach, and retain high-performing sales professionals.
- Build strong relationships with HNI clients, investors, and corporate customers.
- Conduct daily sales meetings, performance reviews, and pipeline analysis.
- Monitor team productivity and ensure maximum lead conversion.
- Handle complex negotiations and support the team in closing high-value transactions.
- Collaborate with the Marketing and CRM teams to improve campaign performance and customer engagement.
- Maintain sales forecasts, MIS reports, and performance dashboards.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical sales practices, and industry standards.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and new project launches.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's Degree (MBA preferred).
- 5–10+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Team Handling or Sales Leadership.
- Strong understanding of the Gurugram/NCR real estate market.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and people management capabilities.
- Customer-centric mindset with a solution-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Excel, and sales reporting.
