Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect with deep expertise in FSM/CSM, HRSD, ITSM, CMDB, and ServiceNow Platform Development.
The role involves designing scalable ServiceNow solutions, leading customer workshops, translating business requirements into technical architecture, and driving platform modernization initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect solutions across FSM/CSM, HRSD, ITSM, CMDB and Platform Development.
- Lead discovery sessions and customer workshops.
- Create solution blueprints, architecture documents and implementation roadmaps.
- Design user experiences using UI Builder and Service Portal.
- Design enterprise integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub and other platforms.
- Provide technical leadership and ensure ServiceNow best practices.
- Lead upgrades, instance health assessments and platform optimization.
- Mentor development teams and guide solution design and implementation.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of overall IT experience with strong ServiceNow architecture experience.
- Hands-on experience with FSM/CSM, HRSD, ITSM and CMDB.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and data model.
- Experience with UI Builder, Service Portal and UX design.
- Strong REST/SOAP API and IntegrationHub experience.
- Experience leading customer workshops and architectural discussions.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow governance, upgrades and optimization.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Good to Have
- Dell Boomi or other enterprise integration platforms.
- IntegrationHub, Flow Designer and Automation Engine.
- CSDM, Discovery, Service Mapping and ITOM.
- Agile/Scrum experience.
- CSA, CAD or CIS ServiceNow certifications.
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
