We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Production Manager to lead and oversee API manufacturing operations, ensuring smooth execution of production processes, team supervision, and regulatory compliance under cGMP frameworks.
Required Candidate Profile
- B.Sc. / M.Sc. (Chemistry) with 15+ years in API production, with at least 3+ years in a supervisory/managerial role.
- Strong expertise in plant operations, cGMP compliance, technology transfer, and audit readiness.
- Proven team management, operational planning, and problem-solving abilities.
- Track record of driving efficiency, safety, and continuous improvement in a regulated pharma plant.
