Salary: 80,000 – 1,25,000 per month (Negotiable)

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced AGM – Store to lead store and warehouse operations in a steel manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inventory management, material movement, warehouse operations, manpower planning, and ensuring uninterrupted material availability while maintaining compliance and operational efficiency.
Key ResponsibilitiesInventory Management
- Maintain optimum stock levels and accurate inventory records.
- Monitor and control inward and outward material movement.
- Ensure timely availability of materials for production and plant operations.
- Review slow-moving, non-moving, and obsolete inventory and initiate corrective actions.
- Manage scrap disposal and maintain proper documentation.
- Raise purchase requisitions and ensure timely GRN processing.
- Plan manpower deployment and shift schedules.
Store Operations
- Oversee daily store and warehouse operations.
- Ensure proper storage, identification, labeling, and preservation of materials.
- Conduct periodic stock verification and inventory audits.
- Implement process improvements and ensure compliance with company policies.
MIS & Reporting
- Prepare and submit inventory and store-related MIS reports.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and investigate discrepancies.
- Maintain records of stock levels, material consumption, and scrap disposal.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or an equivalent discipline.
- MBA/PG Degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or Industrial Management will be preferred.
Experience
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in Store, Warehouse, Inventory, or Material Management.
- Experience in the Steel Manufacturing Industry is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience in an Integrated Steel Plant, Rolling Mill, Sponge Iron Plant, Ferro Alloy Plant, or similar steel manufacturing environment is essential.
Preferred Location
- Candidates currently based in Chhattisgarh or willing to relocate to Chhattisgarh.
