The Team
The Talent Acquisition team supports hiring globally by partnering with a wide range of business areas and stakeholders to attract high-calibre talent. The team operates in a fast-paced, international environment where accuracy, collaboration and candidate experience are central to how we work. The TA Research team plays a critical role in A&M’s growth by identifying and engaging talent for priority hiring campaigns. Working closely with recruiters, hiring managers and senior stakeholders, Researchers provide targeted market intelligence, well-developed talent pipelines and help pinpoint the most suitable candidates for business-critical roles. As a TA Researcher, you will focus on delivering high-quality sourcing and talent mapping to support priority hiring across A&M globally. As part of the TA Research team, you will work closely with recruiters and fellow Researchers to support search strategy, build targeted longlists, map relevant talent pools and engage high-calibre candidates across a range of levels, functions and geographies. You will also share practical talent insights, including candidate availability and relevant competitor activity, to help inform search delivery.
