Industry: Manufacturing (Pipes & Pipe Fittings)
Location- Kaman Road (Pick and Drop Facility from Naigaon Station)
Salary- upto 45000/-
Working Days- Mon-Sat
Working Time- 9.30 to 6.30
Job Summary
The Senior Store Executive is responsible for managing the daily store operations, maintaining inventory, receiving and issuing materials, and ensuring the smooth flow of materials for production.
Roles and Responsibilities
· Receive raw materials, finished goods, and consumables from suppliers.
· Check the quantity and quality of materials received.
· Prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) and update records in the system.
· Store materials properly with correct labelling and identification.
· Issue materials to the production department as per approved requests.
· Maintain accurate stock records and update inventory on a regular basis.
· Monitor stock levels and inform the Purchase Department about material shortages.
· Conduct daily, monthly, and annual physical stock verification.
· Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) to ensure proper inventory management.
· Maintain documents such as GRNs, material issue slips, stock registers, and inventory reports.
· Coordinate with the Production, Purchase, Quality, and Dispatch departments for smooth material movement.
· Ensure proper housekeeping and safety in the store.
· Minimize material loss, damage, and inventory discrepancies.
· Support internal and external audits by providing accurate inventory records.

Qualification
· Graduate or Diploma in any discipline
· Experience in store or warehouse operations in a manufacturing company.
Experience
· 3–8 years of experience in store management, preferably in the pipes and pipe fittings manufacturing industry.
