Key Responsibilities:
✔ Connect with jewellery retailers and introduce them to the platform
✔ Generate sales for subscriptions and jewellery products
✔ Handle customer inquiries through calls, emails, and chats
✔ Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions
✔ Prepare and present sales materials to clients
✔ Maintain records of sales interactions and follow-ups
✔ Address customer concerns and ensure excellent service experience
Required Skills:
Strong communication skills in Hindi & English (Marathi preferred)
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computers
Sales-oriented mindset with excellent customer handling skills
Knowledge of Jewellery and Diamonds will be an added advantage
Ability to build and maintain client relationships
