Job Summary
We are a premier interior design firm based in the bustling tech and residential hub of Whitefield, Bangalore. We are looking for a high-energy, results-driven Sales & Business Development Executive to join our team.
In this role, you will be the face of our firm, connecting with premium homeowners, architects, and builders to convert potential leads into successful design projects. If you have excellent negotiation skills, a deep understanding of customer needs, and a passion for luxury spaces, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Conversion: Meet with potential clients (walk-ins, website leads, or self-generated connections) to understand their space requirements, lifestyle, and design preferences.
- Pitching & Presentation: Collaborate with our internal design team to pitch mood boards, 2D/3D design concepts, and financial quotations to clients.
- Client Relationship Management: Handhold clients seamlessly from the initial consultation through price negotiations until the final contract signing.
- B2B Networking: Build and nurture strong networks with local real estate developers, builders, and architects in and around the Whitefield area to create a steady pipeline of project referrals.
- Market Awareness: Stay updated on current residential and commercial interior trends, modular kitchen setups, and material costs across Bangalore.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 1 to 4 years of proven experience in Sales or Business Development. (Experience in Interior Design, Real Estate, Luxury Retail, or Building Materials is highly preferred).
- Communication: Fluency in English and Kannada/Hindi is essential for interacting comfortably with a diverse clientele in Bangalore.
- Location & Mobility: Must be willing to travel locally for site visits or client meetings around Whitefield. Having your own two-wheeler is an advantage.
- Skills: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Familiarity with basic CRM software or Excel for lead tracking is a plus.
Salary & Compensation
- Fixed Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Based on experience)
- Incentives: Highly lucrative, performance-based incentive structure (uncapped earning potential per project closure).
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.04 per month
