Job description:
- Identify, engage, and develop relationships with new clients, including researchers, academicians, and institutions.
- Retain and expand business opportunities with existing clients through consistent engagement and service updates.
- Promote Perpetua’s publication services, conferences, and academic programs to potential clients worldwide.
- Understand client requirements and provide customized solutions aligned with their research and publishing goals.
- Negotiate terms and close deals while ensuring client satisfaction and long-term trust.
- Conduct follow-ups and maintain regular communication with clients to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and quality fulfillment of client requirements.
- Keep track of industry trends, journal updates, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
