Qualification
B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering, or MBA (Operations).
5-10 years of experience in PPC, with leadership experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Production Planning & Control (PPC) function.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on customer requirements.
Ensure on-time production and customer deliveries.
Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, Quality, Sales, and Logistics teams.
Monitor production schedules and resolve planning-related issues.
Manage inventory levels of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
Plan production capacity, machine utilization, and manpower requirements.
Track production performance and prepare MIS reports for management.
Monitor customer schedules, dispatch plans, and delivery commitments.
Drive continuous improvement in planning, inventory control, and operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with ISO/IATF documentation requirements related to PPC.
Ensure compliance with company Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) and POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) Policies.
Lead, train, and develop the PPC team to achieve business objectives.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
