Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers by providing product and service information
- Support the sales team in achieving sales targets
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic concerns
- Maintain customer records and sales reports
- Follow up with potential and existing customers
- Coordinate with internal departments for order processing
- Monitor inventory and stock availability
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales-related documents
- Ensure a professional and welcoming customer experience
