Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Project Manager to support the
execution of hospitality interior projects across the United States. You will work closely with
our US-based client, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, preparing project documentation,
reviewing drawings, and ensuring smooth project execution.
This role is ideal for architects, interior designers, or project coordinators who enjoy managing
technical details, collaborating with vendors, and working on international hospitality projects.
Key Responsibilities:
· Coordinate with vendors, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
· Review, interpret, and update architectural and interior design drawings using AutoCAD.
· Prepare, review, and verify Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and quantity take-offs from drawings.
· Track project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and project documentation.
· Maintain drawing revisions, project records, and technical documentation.
· Participate in meetings with US-based clients and ensure timely communication.
· Support procurement coordination, material tracking, and project reporting.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Required Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
· 3–4+ years of experience in Project Management, Architecture, Interior Design, or Construction.
· Strong understanding of architectural and interior drawings.
· Experience in BOQ preparation, quantity take-offs, and estimation.
· Proficiency in AutoCAD.
· Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
· Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
· Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
· Understanding of BIM models is an added advantage.
· Experience in hospitality interior projects or interior fit-outs is preferred.
· Familiarity with US construction documentation standards and project management tools is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
· Experience working on hospitality projects.
· Knowledge of interior fit-out processes.
· Familiarity with US construction documentation standards is an advantage.

Pay: ₹396,828.70 - ₹1,214,132.45 per year
