Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Indian Curry Chef to prepare authentic North Indian and South Indian curry dishes while maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene, and consistency. The candidate will be responsible for preparing gravies, curries, dals, and related Indian cuisine items as per company recipes and customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare a variety of Indian curries, gravies, dals, and traditional dishes.
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control.
- Prepare and manage mise en place (pre-preparation) for daily kitchen operations.
- Monitor food quality, freshness, and storage standards.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and follow food safety and hygiene guidelines.
- Manage stock of raw materials and inform management regarding replenishment requirements.
- Minimize food wastage and ensure cost-effective utilization of ingredients.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely food production and service.
- Follow standard recipes and company SOPs.
- Maintain records related to food production and inventory as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience as an Indian Curry Chef.
- Strong knowledge of Indian spices, gravies, curries, and regional cuisines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Ability to handle bulk cooking for corporate cafeterias, schools, hospitals, or catering operations.

Indian Curry Chef plays a critical role in delivering authentic flavors, maintaining kitchen standards, and ensuring customer satisfaction through high-quality food preparation.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
