Role Summary
The RWA Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and onboarding Residential Welfare Associations (RWAs) and housing societies for partnership opportunities. The role requires regular field visits, weekend society meetings, relationship management with RWA office bearers, end-to-end onboarding coordination, and closure of commercial agreements under both OPEX and CAPEX models.
Key Responsibilities
● Schedule and attend weekend meetings with RWAs, society committees, and key resident stakeholders to present the company’s offering and build partnerships.
● Scout residential societies, apartments, and gated communities for onboarding opportunities under both OPEX and CAPEX business models.
● Build and maintain a strong pipeline of RWA and society leads through field visits, networking, referrals, and local market mapping.
● Manage the complete onboarding process from first contact to closure, including society profiling, requirement gathering, proposal discussion, and internal coordination.
● Collect, verify, and organize all required documents from RWAs, office bearers, and society representatives for onboarding and approval processes.
● Negotiate commercial terms, coordinate agreement finalization, and ensure timely signing with authorized RWA members or committee representatives.
● Maintain strong follow-up with prospects and ensure smooth handover to operations, installation, or account management teams after closure.
● Achieve weekly activity targets, including a minimum of 7 to 8 meetings with RWAs, societies, or key decision-makers.
● Update CRM or internal trackers with meeting outcomes, lead stages, documentation status, and closure progress.
● Develop long-term relationships with RWA members to support future expansion, renewals, and referrals within residential networks.
Required Skills
● Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
● Ability to conduct field sales and manage multiple society discussions simultaneously.
● Comfort with weekend meetings and local travel for society visits.
● Good documentation and coordination skills for handling onboarding paperwork and agreements.
● Target-driven approach with the ability to maintain consistent weekly activity levels.
Preferred Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, management, or a related field preferred.
● 1 to 4 years of experience in business development, field sales, channel sales, real estate, EV infrastructure, or partnership onboarding preferred.
● Experience working with residential societies, builders, RWAs, facility teams, or community associations will be an advantage.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
