Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of designers and draftsmen.
- Develop conceptual designs, space planning, and detailed design solutions.
- Review and approve design drawings, layouts, and presentations.
- Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and provide design solutions.
- Work closely with project execution, procurement, and sales teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Conduct site visits and monitor project progress to ensure design compliance.
- Prepare material specifications, BOQs, and design documentation.
- Ensure designs comply with statutory regulations, building codes, and company standards.
- Manage project timelines and ensure timely completion of design deliverables.
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and innovative design techniques.
Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
