Job Purpose
The Executive Assistant (EA) will provide high-level administrative, coordination, and communication support to the CEO/Managing Director and senior management. The role requires strong organizational skills, confidentiality, professional communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Support
- Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules
- Organize travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and itineraries
- Prepare meeting agendas, MOM (Minutes of Meeting), and follow-up actions
- Handle confidential documents and management correspondence
- Maintain records, files, reports, and presentations
Communication & Coordination
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders
- Screen calls, emails, and official communication
- Draft professional emails, letters, and reports
- Support management in day-to-day operational coordination
Travel & Event Coordination
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
- Manage visa documentation, hotel booking, and travel schedules
- Support conference, exhibition, and client meeting arrangements
MIS & Reporting
- Prepare management reports, trackers, and presentations
- Monitor task follow-ups and deadlines
- Maintain data confidentiality and accuracy
Office & Management Support
- Assist management in special projects and business coordination
- Support HR/Admin activities whenever required
- Ensure smooth communication between management and departments
Required Skills & Competencies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Good email drafting and documentation skills
- Strong coordination and follow-up ability
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Time management and multitasking skills
- Problem-solving and organizational abilities
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
