Job Summary:
The Mobilizer is responsible for creating awareness, engaging
communities, and motivating beneficiaries to participate in
various NGO programs. The role involves field visits,
conducting meetings, coordination with stakeholders, and
ensuring smooth implementation of project activities at the
ground level.
Key Responsibilities:
Community Outreach & Mobilization
Conduct door-to-door visits, community meetings, and
awareness campaigns.
Motivate beneficiaries to participate in training, livelihood,
education, health, or other NGO initiatives.
Identify target communities and maintain regular
communication.
Beneficiary Identification & Enrolment
Register eligible beneficiaries as per project criteria.
Collect data, verify documents, and maintain accurate records.
Assist communities in understanding project benefits and
processes.
Coordination & Networking
Coordinate with local leaders, panchayats, schools, SHGs, and
government departments.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders to support
program goals.
Facilitate linkages between beneficiaries and government
schemes when required.
Field Implementation Support
Assist in organizing workshops, training programs, camps, and
events.
Ensure participation and smooth execution of field activities.
Provide ground-level feedback to project teams.
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain daily/weekly field activity reports.
Update beneficiary data in formats or MIS systems.
Document success stories, field challenges, and community
progress.
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate (Degree in Social Work or
related field preferred).
1–3 years of experience in community work, social sector, or
field mobilization.
