About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Estimator with 3–4 years of professional experience to support accurate project costing and commercial planning. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of materials, labor, and vendor pricing, and can prepare precise cost estimates and BOQs for interior, furniture, or fit-out projects.
This role plays a key part in ensuring projects are financially viable, competitive, and well-planned.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and BOQs based on drawings, specifications, and scope documents
- Analyze drawings and tender documents to identify material, labor, and resource requirements
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and production teams to finalize project costs
- Obtain and evaluate vendor and subcontractor quotations
- Track material rates, labor costs, and market price trends
- Prepare cost comparisons, value engineering options, and budget summaries
- Support tender submissions and internal approvals
- Assist in cost control during project execution
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–4 years of experience as an Estimator in interiors, furniture, fit-out, or construction-related projects
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Quantity Surveying, or related field
- Strong understanding of materials, finishes, hardware, and fabrication processes
- Proficiency in MS Excel (cost sheets, formulas, analysis)
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Good negotiation and vendor coordination skills
Pay: ₹25,075.60 - ₹35,894.67 per month
