Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Admin Executive to support daily HR operations and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment coordination, employee documentation, attendance management, record maintenance, and general administrative support to ensure smooth organizational operations.
Key Responsibilities
HR Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and follow-ups.
- Screen resumes and maintain candidate databases.
- Assist in onboarding and induction of new employees.
- Maintain employee records, files, and HR documentation.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and employee data.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR-related documents.
- Support employee engagement activities and internal communication.
- Coordinate performance review and appraisal processes.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Maintain office records, databases, and documentation.
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks and office coordination.
- Manage inventory of office supplies and stationery.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers when required.
- Ensure proper maintenance of office facilities and resources.
- Assist management with reports, data collection, and operational support.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- HR certification will be an added advantage.
Experience Required
- 1–4 years of experience in HR Administration or HR Operations.
- Freshers with strong administrative and communication skills may also apply.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of recruitment processes and HR documentation.
- Attention to detail and record management.
- Strong coordination and interpersonal skills.
