Job Description
As a Process Associate, you will be responsible for supporting US healthcare revenue cycle operations through effective communication with insurance companies and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- If Required make outbound calls to US insurance companies to check claim status
- Handle denials management and patient eligibility verification
- Perform insurance follow-ups to ensure timely claim resolution
- Ensure adherence to defined productivity and quality standards
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow compliance guidelines
- Meet daily and monthly performance targets within stipulated timelines

Candidate Requirements / Qualifications / Skills
Educational Qualification:
- Graduates from any discipline
- 12th Pass candidates may also be considered with 6 months to 1 year of experience
- Not Considering:
- B.Tech pursuing candidates
- Skills & Competencies:
- Good command over English (spoken and written)
- Willingness to work in night shifts
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Computer proficiency with basic applications
- Good listening and comprehension skills
- Ability to work in a process-driven environment

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹275,000.00 per month
