We are building the sales engine for REBA, a medical product being introduced to hospitals, specialty clinics, and Ayurveda centers across Ernakulam district, Kerala. Currently moving at 1 unit per month, our target is exponential growth — and we need a sharp, structured thinker to help design and implement the strategy that gets us there.
This is not a support or shadow role. The intern will own the go-to-market strategy, build the sales system, and see their work directly reflected in revenue numbers. It is the kind of real-world problem that builds a strong case study and an even stronger placement story.
What You Will Do
- Map and segment the target market across Ernakulam and neighboring districts, covering government hospitals, private multispecialty hospitals, eye hospitals, specialty clinics, and Ayurveda centers
- Design a structured B2B sales process from first contact to purchase order closure, tailored to each facility type
- Build and refine the sales CRM system, pipeline tracking tools, and weekly reporting frameworks
- Develop pitch decks, product one-pagers, and objection-handling scripts customized for different decision-maker profiles
- Identify and map key influencers in the clinical chain — physicians, ward staff, purchase committees — and design engagement strategies for each
- Research channel partnership opportunities including medical distributors, Ayurveda associations, and hospital networks
- Analyze competitor positioning and recommend differentiation strategies for REBA
- Assist in planning and executing product demonstration visits at anchor facilities
Who We Are Looking For
- First or second year MBA student from IIM or a premier business school, preferably with a focus on Marketing, Strategy, or Healthcare Management
- Strong interest in B2B sales, go-to-market strategy, or the healthcare sector
- Structured thinker who can break complex problems into actionable steps
- Comfortable with field interviews, stakeholder conversations, and primary research
- Prior exposure to sales, consulting, or healthcare is a plus — drive and curiosity matter more
- Fluency in Malayalam is an advantage for ground-level fieldwork in Kerala
What You Get
- Full ownership of a real go-to-market problem — not a mock project
- Direct mentorship and collaboration with the founding sales team
- Live exposure to healthcare B2B sales across hospitals, clinics, and Ayurveda centers
- A strong, story-driven case study for your final placement interviews
- Certificate of Internship and a detailed Letter of Recommendation on completion
- Competitive stipend negotiable based on profile and commitment
