About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join us on a contractual basis. This is a part-time, remote opportunity for someone who can independently manage end-to-end recruitment activities and deliver consistent hiring outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers
- Source candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, and other job portals
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with internal stakeholders
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Meet defined hiring targets and timelines
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing requirements
Key Requirements
- Prior experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (preferred but not mandatory if highly skilled)
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Familiarity with job portals and sourcing techniques
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Laptop and stable internet connection required
Engagement Terms
- This is a contractual, part-time role (not full-time employment)
- The selected candidate will work as an independent contractor, not as an employee
- No additional benefits (PF, insurance, paid leaves, etc.) will be provided
- Payment is fixed monthly, subject to satisfactory performance and deliverables
- The contract may be extended based on performance and business needs
