Job Description – *Design & Planning Manager (HVAC)*

*Key Responsibilities*
- Lead HVAC design and planning activities for EPC and cleanroom projects.
- Perform and review HVAC load calculations, equipment selection, and system design.
- Design and review AHU, FCU, Chillers, VRF, ducting, fresh air, and exhaust systems.
- Prepare and approve BOQs, technical specifications, cost estimates, and vendor submissions.
- Ensure compliance with ASHRAE, ISHRAE, and CIBSE standards.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and project execution teams.
- Participate in design reviews, site inspections, FAT/SAT, and technical meetings.
- Lead and mentor the HVAC design team, ensuring quality and timely project delivery.
*Qualifications & Experience*
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 8+ years of HVAC design experience, preferably in Industrial, Pharmaceutical, Cleanroom, or EPC projects.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC design standards and engineering practices.
- Experience in team handling and client coordination.
