Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Technical Sales Engineer located in Mumbai. As a Technical Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for :
- providing technical support, communication, and sales engineering expertise.
- Understand Customer requirement and provide appropriate product recommendation to customers.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
- Set up meetings with potential clients.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
- Create reviews and reports of sales data
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
Qualifications
- Technical Sales and Sales Engineering skills
- Strong technical support and communication abilities
- Experience in sales and customer relationship management
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to understand and explain technical concepts
- Experience in the Material Handling industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
