Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in Madgaon, Goa, India.
The Graphic Designer will create visual assets for digital and print campaigns, including social media creatives, infographics, brochures, ads, and presentation materials that support political communication strategies.
The role involves translating complex political concepts into clear, compelling visuals, adapting designs for various platforms, and maintaining consistent visual standards across all materials.
The Graphic Designer will collaborate with consultants, content teams, and campaign managers to brainstorm concepts, refine design directions, and deliver timely outputs aligned with campaign goals.
The position also includes preparing production-ready files, incorporating feedback from stakeholders, and staying current with design trends and best practices relevant to political communication.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Graphic Design and Graphics, with the ability to create clear, impactful visual assets for digital and print media.
- Experience in Logo Design and Branding to develop and maintain cohesive visual identities for parties, leaders, and campaigns.
- Proficiency in Typography, with attention to hierarchy, readability, and stylistic consistency across materials.
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, or equivalent).
- Portfolio demonstrating creative concept development, visual storytelling, and campaign-oriented design work.
- Ability to work on-site in Madgaon, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, including openness to feedback and iterative design processes.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
