The ideal candidate should have a technical background and the ability to simplify complex concepts into content that is easy for viewers to understand.
Responsibilities
- Research technical topics such as AI, software development, cybersecurity, cloud computing, gadgets, and emerging technologies.
- Write engaging YouTube video scripts with strong hooks, storytelling, and audience retention techniques.
- Convert complex technical information into simple and understandable content.
- Collaborate with content creators, editors, and designers to develop high-quality videos.
- Fact-check technical information and ensure accuracy.
- Stay updated with technology trends and industry news.
- Optimize scripts for viewer engagement and watch time.
Requirements
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in content writing, technical writing, or YouTube script writing.
- Educational background in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Excellent written English and storytelling ability.
- Understanding of YouTube content structure and audience engagement techniques.
- Familiarity with AI tools, software development, or emerging technologies is a plus.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
Preferred Skills
- Experience writing scripts for technology-focused YouTube channels.
- Knowledge of SEO and YouTube content optimization.
- Basic understanding of video production workflows.
