We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and execute our Brand Collaboration projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in influencer marketing and brand partnerships, with proven experience in managing collaborations, shoots, and cross-functional coordination. This role requires at least 4 years of experience in an influencer agency, along with exceptional organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
1. Project Planning
Develop comprehensive project plans, defining scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.
Ensure alignment with brand goals and influencer deliverables.
2. Team Leadership
Assemble and lead project teams, delegate tasks, and foster collaboration.
Act as the go-to person for project-related queries.
3. Budget Management
Prepare and manage budgets for collaborations and shoots.
Monitor expenses to ensure financial efficiency without compromising quality.
4. Risk Management
Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Ensure minimal disruptions to timelines and deliverables.
5. Stakeholder Communication
Act as the primary liaison between brand partners, influencers, and media collaborators.
Provide regular updates on project status, timelines, and risks.
6. Quality Control
Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
Review influencer content and brand representation before final release.
7. Progress Monitoring
Track performance against project milestones and KPIs.
