About the Role
We are looking for a Product & Scientific Support Specialist to assist customers with product-related and scientific queries. This role is ideal for candidates with a life-science background who enjoy explaining concepts clearly and improving customer experience.
You will work closely with the CX, Product, and R&D teams to ensure customers receive accurate information and the best support.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Respond to customer queries related to products, ingredients, and usage.
2. Explain scientific and nutritional concepts in simple, easy-to-understand language.
3. Provide product consultations and guidance to customers.
4. Create and update FAQs, knowledge documents, and help articles.
5. Identify common customer issues and share feedback with Product/R&D teams.
6. Support product improvement by sharing customer insights.
7. Maintain high response quality, empathy, and professionalism.
Required Skills:
1.Strong foundation in Life Sciences / Nutrition / Biotechnology with ability to explain product concepts clearly to customers.
2.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English .
3.Experience in speaking with customers and resolving concerns with a good understanding of the product.
4.Basic proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and other computer tools for tracking and reporting.
5.Internship or work experience in labs, healthcare, pharma, wellness companies, or startup environments is an added advantage.
6.Strong problem-solving, multitasking, organizational skills, and ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information.
