About the Role
Achyutam Technology is looking for an experienced and proactive Team Leader – SEO to lead and manage the SEO team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO, along with leadership skills to mentor team members and drive successful SEO campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and mentor the SEO team to achieve project goals.
- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies for multiple client websites.
- Assign tasks, monitor daily activities, and ensure timely project delivery.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Oversee On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO implementation.
- Monitor website performance, keyword rankings, and organic traffic growth.
- Perform regular SEO audits and recommend improvements.
- Analyse SEO reports and present insights to management and clients.
- Coordinate with the Content, Web Development, and Performance Marketing teams.
- Stay updated with Google's algorithm changes and industry best practices.
- Train junior SEO executives and support their professional development.
- Ensure client satisfaction by maintaining high-quality SEO standards.
Required Skills
- 2–5+ years of hands-on experience in SEO.
- Strong knowledge of On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO.
- Experience with keyword research and content optimisation.
- Proficiency in Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and other SEO tools.
- Understanding of Core Web Vitals and website performance optimisation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team management abilities.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Digital Marketing certification is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
