Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Texturizing Technician with a minimum of 5years of experience in nylon yarn texturizing. The candidate will be responsible for leading the texturizing section, ensuring smooth conversion of POY (Partially Oriented Yarn) into Draw Textured (DTY/Crimped) Nylon Yarn, achieving production targets, maintaining quality standards, optimizing machine performance, and managing the team working under him.
Team Responsibility
Lead and coordinate Machine Operators, Quality Checker, and Machine Maintenance Technician.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate, set up, and optimize nylon yarn texturizing machines.
- Ensure consistent production of high-quality textured yarn.
- Set and monitor process parameters including heater temperature, machinespeed,drawratio, D/Y ratio, tension, and twist.
- Troubleshoot process and machine-related issues.
- Supervise operators and coordinate with maintenance and quality teams.
- Monitor production efficiency, yarn breakage, waste, and machine utilization.
- Train operators and maintain production records.
- Ensure safety, housekeeping (5S), and continuous improvement.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in nylon yarn texturizing.
- Strong knowledge of POY to DTY conversion.
- Experience in machine setting, process optimization, and troubleshooting.
- ITI, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Textile Technology ,Mechanical Engineering, or related field.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
