Role Overview
The Medical Representative will be responsible for promoting Gleuhr services to pharmacies, clinics, doctors, diagnostic centers, wellness centers, and other healthcare partners. The primary objective is to generate referral leads and strengthen Gleuhr’s partner network.
Key Responsibilities
Partner Acquisition
* Visit pharmacies, clinics, diagnostic centers, and healthcare establishments.
* Introduce Gleuhr’s services and referral program.
* Onboard new referral partners.
* Maintain strong relationships with existing partners.
Lead Generation
* Generate customer referrals through partner channels.
* Ensure proper collection of customer information and referral details.
* Coordinate with the sales and operations team for lead follow-up.
Market Development
* Conduct field visits within assigned territories.
* Identify new partnership opportunities.
* Collect market intelligence and competitor information.
Reporting
* Maintain daily visit reports.
* Update partner and lead information in CRM.
* Submit weekly performance reports.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Partner Development
* Minimum 20 partner visits per day.
* Minimum 5–8 new referral partners onboarded per week.
* Maintain relationships with active partners.
Lead Generation
* Generate 100 qualified referral leads per month.
* Ensure all referrals are properly documented and verified.
Reporting
* Maintain accurate daily activity reports.
* Update CRM records regularly.
Eligibility
Education
* Graduate in any discipline preferred.
* Healthcare, Pharma, Life Sciences, or Business background preferred.
Experience
* 0–3 years of experience in Pharma Sales, Medical Representation, Healthcare Sales, or Field Sales.
* Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
Skills Required
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to build relationships with healthcare partners.
* Self-motivated and target-oriented.
* Comfortable with field travel.
Reporting To
Business Development Manager / Regional Sales Manager
Incentive Eligibility
Performance incentives shall be linked to:
* Number of active partners onboarded.
* Qualified referral leads generated.
* Business generated through referrals.
Timing- 9:30 to 7 (Monday to Saturday)
The selected candidate must be willing to sign a 2-year service agreement with the company.
Training Period -10 to 15 days unpaid.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
