Qualifications
- M.Tech in the relevant specialization with First Class as per AICTE/UGC norms.
- UGC-NET qualified candidates will be given preference.
- Candidates with a Ph.D. in the relevant discipline and a strong research profile will be preferred.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality teaching for undergraduate and postgraduate courses.
- Conduct laboratory sessions and mentor student projects.
- Develop course materials, lesson plans, assignments, and assessments.
- Guide students in internships, hackathons, coding competitions, and research activities.
- Organize workshops, FDPs, guest lectures, seminars, and industrial visits.
- Participate in curriculum development, accreditation (NAAC/NBA), and Outcome-Based Education (OBE) initiatives.
- Collaborate with industry partners to enhance experiential learning and placements.
- Perform academic and administrative responsibilities assigned by the department.
Desired Skills
- Strong programming skills in Python, Java, C++, or related languages.
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms, data analytics, and emerging technologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
- Passion for teaching, research, innovation, and continuous learning.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- UGC-NET qualified.
- Ph.D. in the relevant discipline (preferred).
- Industry experience, certifications, or consultancy exposure will be an added advantage.
