We are a furniture brand dealing in various interior designing solutions. We are looking for a sales manager, who will be responsible to take charge of the sales of the showroom, also maintain inventories and carry out all the showroom activities. The candidate should have a minimum experience of three years in sales, and experience in the furniture industry is a must. The candidate must be hardworking and should be able to utilize his potential to convert leads into sales.
This candidate will be the overall in charge of the showroom and the day to day operations of the business. He must be an excellent salesman, should be fluent in English, Hindi and Bengali, Nepal language is a plus point. His responsibilities will include managing the sales team, enhancing customer experiences, converting leads into sales, managing inventory and all other roles required for running a showroom. This candidate shall also visit the clients whenever and wherever required including travelling out of Siliguri. The candidate should be willing to work 6 full days.
Past Furniture experience is a must for the candidate.
Extra Incentives shall not begin from the beginning. It may start once the showroom has picked up and the candidate brings value to us.
