About the Role
Adeptmed Healthcare Solutions LLP is hiring experienced AR Callers to join our growing US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team. We offer a professional, supportive work environment with excellent learning and career growth opportunities.

Job Responsibilities
- Follow up with US insurance companies regarding outstanding claims.
- Review and resolve denied or rejected claims.
- Verify claim status and payment details.
- Work on appeals and reimbursement-related issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all interactions.
- Meet daily productivity and quality targets.
Eligibility
- 6 Months to 3 Years of experience in AR Calling (US Healthcare).
- Good understanding of Medical Billing and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
- Experience in claim follow-up and denial management.
- Good English communication skills.
- Comfortable working from the office in the night shift.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
