Key Role Deliverables
Sales Management – Visit schools and other education institutions and achieve disbursement targets in numbers, volumes & productivity through sourcing of large ticket loans.
Relationship Management – Build strong relationships with customers with the help of loan products and beyond loans initiatives
Profitability Management – Maintaining & optimizing profitability for the branch through managing costs and building a superior quality portfolio.
Delinquency Management – ensure zero delinquencies for the branch by timely and effective collections.
The job would require visiting specified locations for business development; so, regular road travel will be very much a part of the routine.
Job Description
Varthana is looking for Key Account Managers who will be driving all business development activities and will be responsible for revenue generation, cost management, delinquency control, and running the branch as a profit center. You will be responsible to identify the Large ticket school markets to broad base the portfolio and pursue growth opportunities towards on boarding of the new clients
