Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial telephonic interviews and candidate screening.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Update HR records using Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
- Assist in onboarding and HR documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams for recruitment activities.
- Prepare daily and weekly recruitment reports.
- Ensure professional communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Eligibility
- School Students (11th & 12th)
- College Students
- Freshers
- BBA, MBA, B.Com, BCA, BA, or graduates from any discipline interested in Human Resources.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow in HR and Recruitment.
