Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Warehouse Executive to manage the day-to-day operations of our tea packetier warehouse. The role will be responsible for inward and outward activities, tea packet production/packing operations, inventory coordination, labour handling, and warehouse discipline.
Candidates with prior experience in a tea packetier, FMCG packaging, or similar warehouse environment will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
1. Inward & Outward Operations
- Manage and supervise the inward receipt of tea, packaging materials, finished goods, and other warehouse items.
- Verify quantity, material condition, and relevant documents during inward.
- Manage outward/dispatch of finished tea packets and other materials as per approved requirements.
- Ensure proper documentation for all inward and outward movements.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Sales, Accounts, and Dispatch teams.
2. Production & Packing Operations
- Supervise daily tea packet production and packing activities.
- Ensure production targets are achieved as per daily requirements.
- Monitor availability of tea, packaging materials, cartons, labels, and other packing materials.
- Coordinate with production/packing staff to minimize downtime and wastage.
- Ensure proper packing, labelling, batch identification, and quantity accuracy.
3. Labour Handling
- Allocate daily work to warehouse and packing labourers.
- Monitor labour attendance, productivity, discipline, and work allocation.
- Manage loading, unloading, packing, shifting, and other labour-related activities.
- Ensure efficient utilization of manpower and maintain workplace discipline.
- Coordinate with HR regarding attendance, manpower requirements, and labour-related issues.
4. Inventory & Warehouse Management
- Maintain accurate stock records for raw materials, packaging materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and report discrepancies.
- Ensure proper storage, stacking, identification, and movement of materials.
- Follow FIFO/FEFO practices wherever applicable.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and proper housekeeping within the warehouse.
5. Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare daily inward, outward, production, stock, and dispatch reports.
- Maintain proper warehouse registers and documentation.
- Report stock shortages, damages, wastage, production issues, and discrepancies to the reporting manager.
- Support periodic stock audits and reconciliation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate preferred; candidates with relevant warehouse experience may also be considered.
- 2–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in Tea/FMCG.
- Experience in a tea packetier/tea packaging warehouse will be highly preferred.
- Good knowledge of inward, outward, inventory, production, and dispatch processes.
- Strong labour handling and team coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and warehouse documentation.
- Good communication, supervision, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production/warehouse environment.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Candidates currently working or having previous experience in a tea packetier, tea packaging unit, FMCG warehouse, food processing warehouse, or similar production-based warehouse will be given preference.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
