Responsibilities for this position include:
· Working with existing team to determine operational strategies. Should have an ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team.
· Liaison with employees, supervisors, team leaders and third parties to gather information and resolve issues on daily basis and facilitate clear communication across teams and ensure that everyone understands his or her role.
· Assist in creating policies and procedures.
· Create & maintain data in MS word & Excel, google drive to ensure compliance of procedures and keep documentary record of the same.
· To contribute to process improvement efforts.
· Prepare flow charts, checklists and processes and ensure their implementation.
· Identify repetitive operational tasks and do the needful for improvement.
· Setting and meeting performance targets for speed, efficiency, sales and quality.
· Will be accountable for timely execution of all checklists pertaining to outside events and in house programmes.
· Proficient level of computer skills (MS word, Excel, Power point and google tools like worksheet, forms, docs, drive etc.)
· Ability to handle Zoom online sessions, managing whatsapp groups.
· Past working experience as a process coordinator and should have a proven track record in process improvement.
· Good writing and editing skills in English.
· Ability to meet deadlines.
· Degree in Communication, Management, Finance, Administration.
