JOB DESCRIPTION- HR -Talent Acquisition
Job role Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition:
Collaborate with manager to identify hiring needs and define job requirements.
Source potential candidates using various platforms.
Proven experience on IT recruitment - Networking and Cyber Security profiles
Conduct initial screening interviews and coordinate subsequent interviews with hiring managers. Manage job postings, applicant tracking, and communication with candidates.
Facilitate the offer process, including extending offers and managing negotiations.
HR Operations:
- Ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires
- Handle employee queries
- Support employee engagement programs and other activities.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
