Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Executive – Freight Forwarding with proven expertise in Saudi operations across sea, air, and land logistics. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in pricing, customs clearance (FASA, ZATCA), and end-to-end freight forwarding processes, either through onsite Saudi assignments or back-office support.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end freight forwarding operations (sea, air, land) for Saudi trade routes.
Develop and implement pricing strategies aligned with market competitiveness and client requirements.
Oversee customs clearance procedures in compliance with FASA and ZATCA regulations.
Coordinate with carriers, agents, and clients to ensure smooth cargo movement and timely delivery.
Handle documentation, invoicing, and compliance checks for Saudi shipments.
Support client onboarding, negotiations, and closing deals with a focus on Saudi logistics.
Provide operational insights to management for process improvement and cost optimization.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
5+ years of experience in freight forwarding, with exposure to Saudi operations (onsite or back-office).
Strong knowledge of Saudi customs clearance systems (FASA, ZATCA).
Proficiency in pricing, vendor coordination, and client management.
Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic familiarity is an added advantage.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
Preferred Skills
Hands-on experience with Saudi trade compliance platforms.
Strong negotiation and client relationship management skills.
Familiarity with ERP/logistics software for freight operations.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
