Key Requirements:
● 1+ years of experience in Online Reputation Management (ORM), preferably in an agency setup.
● Strong command of English for clear and professional communication.
● Excellent organisational and time management skills.
● Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
● Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem solving.
● Understanding of social media platforms, review management, and digital listening tools.
● Proficiency in Google Office Suite.
Responsibilities:
● Monitor brand mentions, reviews, and conversations across digital platforms.
● Respond to customer queries, comments, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
● Track and analyze online sentiment and prepare regular ORM reports.
● Coordinate with internal teams (creative, content, and marketing) for issue resolution and brand communication.
● Identify potential reputation risks and escalate critical issues when required.
● Maintain ORM dashboards, trackers, and performance reports.
● Conduct competitor analysis and industry benchmarking.
● Assist in improving brand perception through strategic engagement and content inputs.
