We are looking to hire a BIM & Digital Twin Engineer to support our BIM and Digital Twin initiatives.Qualification Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related disciplines.
- Architects, Civil Engineers, and MEP Engineers with BIM experience are preferred.
- Freshers with strong BIM fundamentals, relevant certifications, and a keen interest in Digital Twin technologies are also welcome to apply.
Role SummaryThe BIM & Digital Twin Engineer will be responsible for developing, managing, and coordinating BIM models and asset information while supporting Digital Twin implementation across design, construction, and facility management projects.Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain BIM models and project data.
- Create, update, and validate BIM models to the required Level of Development (LOD) standards.
- Perform model coordination, quality checks, and clash detection.
- Manage asset information, templates, parameters, and classifications.
- Support BIM deliverables including IFC, COBie, and asset data requirements.
- Contribute to Digital Twin development, data integration, and asset hierarchy creation.
- Support integration of BIM data with IoT, BMS, CMMS, CAFM, and other operational systems.
- Ensure compliance with BIM standards, data governance, and information management processes.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver BIM and Digital Twin solutions.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of BIM workflows and standards.
- Experience in developing and coordinating models at LOD 300, LOD 350, LOD 400, and LOD 500.
- Experience with Autodesk Revit and Navisworks.
- Understanding of asset information management and Digital Twin concepts.
- Knowledge of IFC, COBie, and BIM data exchange standards.
- Familiarity with BIM coordination, model auditing, and data validation.

- Experience supporting BIM-to-FM and BIM-to-Digital Twin handover processes.
- Strong attention to detail, data quality, and model governance.
Candidates with strong BIM fundamentals and an interest in Digital Twin technologies will be given preference.
Pay: ₹322,930.16 - ₹1,417,076.57 per year
