Account & Administrative Assistant
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain daily accounting entries and records.
- Prepare invoices, vouchers, and payment documents.
- Follow up on payments from customers and vendors.
- Handle petty cash and expense records.
- Assist with bank-related work and reconciliations.
- Maintain office files, documents, and records.
- Manage stationery and office supplies.
- Coordinate travel bookings and administrative tasks.
- Support HR activities such as attendance and employee documentation.
- Prepare reports and assist management with daily operations.
Requirements:
- B.Com or relevant qualification.
- Basic knowledge of accounting and administration.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work accurately and independently.
Pay: ₹13,500.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
