Job Description
We are hiring experienced professionals for the Adobe Blended Process (Chat + Voice). Candidates should have strong communication skills along with experience in customer handling and sales processes.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 1 year of International BPO experience
- Experience in any of the following:
- Tech Support
- Customer Service
- Sales / Retention
- Upselling / Cross-selling
- Preferred background: SaaS / Digital domain
- Maximum overall experience: 6 years
- Age Limit: Up to 35 years
- Candidates with Healthcare Sales experience are not eligible
- Candidate must reside within a 30 KM radius of the office location
Key Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Comfortable with both Chat & Voice support
- Strong customer handling skills
- Sales-oriented approach
Salary & Benefits
- Maximum In-hand Salary: ₹34,500
- Exceptional candidates can receive up to ₹38,600
- ₹2,700 Monthly Bonus
- One-way Cab Facility
- One-way Travel Allowance: ₹1,750
