Aertrip is a fast-growing travel technology company redefining the way people plan and book travel. We specialize in providing seamless solutions across flights, hotels, visas, and holiday packages. We are looking for a dynamic and highly skilled Project Manager – Flights to lead product initiatives in our OTA division.
The Project Manager will own the Flights Product end-to-end, including GDS and NDC integrations, fare management, and user experience optimization. You will drive product strategy, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and deliver high-impact features that enhance booking performance and revenue growth.
Define and execute the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for Aertrip’s flight booking platform.
Lead end-to-end projects involving GDS (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo), NDC integrations, airline consolidators, and LCCs.
Optimize fare structures, ancillaries, dynamic pricing, and private fares to maximize revenue.
Drive API integrations (airlines, meta-search, consolidators, payment gateways).
Enhance user journeys, UI/UX, and conversion funnels for better booking success rates.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and benchmarking to identify opportunities.
Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and operations to ensure smooth execution.
Track key performance metrics (KPIs): booking success rate, cancellation ratio, RPS (Revenue Per Search), etc.
Run A/B testing, feature rollouts, and agile/scrum cycles for continuous improvement.
Act as the key stakeholder in aligning product features with consumer travel behavior and business objectives.
