A Quality Inspector (QA/QC Inspector) ensures that raw materials, in-process assemblies, and finished products meet company standards, industry regulations, and customer expectations. They review blueprints, measure parts with precision tools, and halt production or reject faulty items to prevent defects.
Core Responsibilities
- Product Inspection: Conduct visual, physical, and functional tests on goods at various production stages using instruments like calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Material Evaluation: Inspect and approve incoming raw materials. Reject and return any stock that does not meet baseline specifications.
- Defect Management: Identify, document, and remove defective products from the assembly line.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed inspection logs, fill out non-conformance reports, and submit testing data to supervisors.
- Process Monitoring: Observe assembly operations and recommend adjustments to production machinery or processes to prevent recurring errors.
- Compliance: Ensure all manufacturing processes align with quality management systems
Pay: ₹15,500.00 - ₹17,500.00 per month
