Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct safety and environmental induction training for new employees and workers.
- Conduct toolbox talks and daily safety awareness sessions.
- Prepare and deliver training on workplace safety, environmental protection, and emergency procedures.
- Identify training needs based on site activities and risk assessments.
- Conduct training on PPE, fire safety, work at height, electrical safety, confined space, lifting operations, and other hazards.
- Provide awareness training on waste management, pollution prevention, water conservation, and environmental protection.
- Explain proper segregation, handling, storage, and disposal of hazardous and non-hazardous waste.
- Conduct training on spill prevention and emergency response procedures.
- Promote safe working practices and environmental awareness among employees.
- Maintain training records, attendance sheets, and training evaluation reports.
- Conduct safety demonstrations, mock drills, and emergency response training.
- Support HSE teams during safety inspections and audits.
- Monitor employees' understanding of safety and environmental procedures.
- Prepare training materials, presentations, posters, and awareness campaigns.
- Conduct refresher training whenever required.
- Ensure training programs comply with company HSE policies and applicable legal requirements.
- Report unsafe acts, unsafe conditions, and environmental concerns to the concerned HSE team.
- Coordinate with site management to improve safety and environmental performance.
- Participate in incident investigations and provide corrective-action training where required.
- Maintain proper documentation of all HSE training activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bsc/M.sc/B.E/B.Tech in Safety, Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
- NEBOSH / IOSH / ADIS / DIS / PDIS or equivalent safety qualification will be an advantage.
- Certification in Environmental Management or HSE Training will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of workplace safety and environmental practices.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to conduct training for both workers and management.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and preparation of training presentations.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
