Job Purpose
To promote and sell pharmaceutical products to doctors, hospitals, pharmacies, and healthcare professionals while achieving assigned sales targets and building strong professional relationships within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and detail pharmaceutical products to doctors, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare professionals.
- Generate prescriptions and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, distributors, and medical institutions.
- Conduct regular doctor and chemist visits as per the assigned daily/weekly call plan.
- Explain product features, benefits, dosage information, and clinical advantages accurately.
- Ensure availability of products with distributors, stockists, and pharmacies.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, pricing, and product performance.
- Collect market feedback and provide regular reports to the Area Sales Manager.
- Follow up on orders, stock availability, and payment-related issues where applicable.
- Organize and participate in medical meetings, product presentations, CMEs, and promotional activities.
- Maintain accurate records of daily calls, sales activities, and customer interactions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable pharmaceutical marketing regulations.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline; B.Pharm candidates preferred.
- Freshers can apply; prior pharmaceutical sales experience is an advantage.
- Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and sales reporting tools.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred/required for field-based roles.

Pay: ₹10,045.57 - ₹32,095.72 per month
