Job description:
- Greet and attend to walk-in customers
- Understand customer needs and assist in product selection
- Provide accurate product details (purity, weight, price, making charges)
- Help in closing sales by handling product displays, offers, or billing support
- Handle jewellery with care and follow showroom security protocols
- Assist Daily in stock checking, returns, and daily inward/outward entries
- Maintain cleanliness of the sales floor and counters
- Provide detailed information about gold purity, designs, pricing, and offers
- Compulsory complete one scheme
