We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development professional to join our team in the Background Verification (BGV) domain.
Location: Chennai
Experience: 2–6 Years
Industry Preference: BGV / HRTech / Staffing / SaaS Sales
Key Responsibilities:
- Client acquisition for BGV services
- Lead generation through networking & LinkedIn outreach
- Handling client meetings and sales presentations
- Revenue generation and business growth
- Building strong relationships with HR & Talent Acquisition teams
Preferred Background:
✔ Experience in Background Verification / Staffing / HR services
✔ Strong B2B sales and business development skills
✔ Good communication and negotiation abilities
